I highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of my relaxing treatments. However, I will always do my best to accommodate your requests.
24-Hour Cancellation/Late Arrival Policy
If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, I require 24 hours notice. Failure to give 24 hours notice could incur a late cancellation penalty of 50% of the cost of the booked treatments.
A deposit may be required for large bookings.
Late arrivals will unfortunately result in a shortened appointment, so please arrive in good time!

In the event that I cannot fulfill your appointment I will contact you by telephone to notify you.
All my consultations are free.
Please advise me upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy required. Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after particular treatments such as massages, body treatments and facials is not recommended.
Serenity and Light accepts Visa, Debit, and Master Card.
